We take complex bonus and deferred compensation strategies and cut through the particulars to show you how to use them in an easy to understand way that benefits both you and your key people. THIS IS OUR SPECIALITY. While some businesses want to DIY it all, what we do best is be a third party between you and your Key Person. We love doing this because and seeing people’s faces light up when we get to the root of their goals and aspirations. What we’ve found is as close as owners are to their key people, even when they’re friends, its always hard to express themselves in front of their “boss.” Our one-on-one’s with your Key People have been practiced and proven to make the most impact with them, for you. This is the backbone of our personalized plans.

Meet Kevin
"Buckets" author Kevin Monaghan was once the key employee at a booming company… until… the owners got it wrong! Never-ending arguments, frustrations over fair compensation, and threats of employees quitting caused the firm to crash and burn, sending everyone down the ranks and off the track of financial freedom.
Kevin is also an international speaker on retention who loves Buffalo wings dipped in blue cheese (Go Bills!).
